OK...I'll admit it.  I'm a bit of a skeptic with a dose of hope thrown in.  In other words, over the years I've purchased dozens of courses (in other niches), and tried a huge variety of things in order to make a little (or a lot) of extra money.  Sometimes things worked and sometimes I was left wondering what the heck I did.  Many of the courses I purchased and tried (or sometimes just left on the shelf), had nuggets of greatness...and sometimes they were just time and money wasters.

This is why, when I heard about the Rick Dawson's new LandGrabber course, I was intrigued.  Now, here's the thing.  I have almost 0 experience in any kind of real estate.  The only thing that I've done is buy my house.

Over the years I've looked at purchasing real estate and property courses, however have passed on them all...oh wait...I think I bought a Carlton Sheets course like about 15 years ago and listened to it, but my eyes glazed over and I never did anything with it.  Anyway...when I heard about LandGrabber, I was intrigued due to the following reasons:

  1. Rick claims that I can do this from home.  I can get a list from the counties, send it to him and he (or his team) uploads the list into the software and I can check out the property.
  2. This doesn't take a lot of time.  I'm extremely busy with work and home -- and I do volunteer work...AND summer is coming so I'd rather be out riding my horse or playing with the dogs than sitting in front of my computer or worse...going to auctions or tax sales or fixing up houses.
  3. I'll be receiving SIGNED contracts, faxed to me and arriving in my email.  Then, I can just pick and choose which I want to purchase.  --  OK...I'll admit it.  I really don't want to feel like I'm kicking someone out of their house.  I have a soft spot and I'd probably wind up losing my shirt because I can't stand to see anyone hurting.
  4. The income...Supposedly, I'll be able to earn an income of about $10,000/mo doing this.  That's a nice little nest egg that I can use.  I'm planning on doing a combination of selling property outright (based on Mr. Dawson's recommendations) and then doing owner financing (so checks will be arriving on a monthly basis.)
  5. It doesn't cost much to get started.  OK...I'm wondering/hoping that I can get started doing this with a couple of hundred dollars.  We'll see though.
I'll be regularly updating this blog with my LandGrabber "journey" and documenting the steps along the way.  I fully expect to make mistakes, however, I'm hopeful that this will work.

If anyone is reading this, please let me know and let's see just how well LandGrabber works.  Feel free to comment about this.

Thank you.
